Refund policy

If a product you have received in your order is not correct, missing or damaged please contact customer service within 30 days of receiving your order.  If we are not notified within 30 days then we are unable to replace or reship.

Exceptions: Due to copyright laws, patterns and books may not be returned.  We do not provide replacements for products that are not damaged.

A refund will be issued once the return is received and processed by us.  Returns must be in new condition and include original packaging.  If an item has been used it is not eligible to be returned.

We always want our customers to be 100% satisfied! If there are any issues please do not hesitate to contact customer service.  Please contact us before returning the item so instructions can be provided.
